Helene Lindholm has produced She Monkeys which won the awards for Best Film, Best Screenplay and Best Sound at the Guldbaggegala. She is also nominated as Producer of the year at the 2012 Gothenburg Film Festival.
After working in publishing, Helene Lindholm studied and in 2001 graduated as a screenwriter and dramaturge from the Swedish School of Television. The career started with her developing the miniseries The Laser Man, which got nominated for BANFF and won the Chrystal for best domestic drama in 2006, and Habib for SVT.
As scriptwriter and producer for the featurette Majken she won the audience award at Gothenburg Film Festival 2008 and the film has travelled to festivals around the world.
As final thesis for her master programme at The Royal Institute of Art, she directed and produced a documentary piece called Damaskus Revisited which has been shown on SVT.
After taking part of the EAVE programme for producers, Helene Lindholm joinined Atmo in 2008. The success of her first feature was followed up with producing the short Family Dinner which has been in competition for Startsladden at the Gothenburg Film Festival.
